Buy, Sell, Trade FATKIDS is operating with a Type 01 FFL. We can buy, sell, trade and transfer all of your typical firearms, handguns, rifles and shotguns. We do not have a Class 3 Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) registration to deal in National Firearm Act (NFA) firearms, including machine guns, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns and suppressors. In the future, we will be exploring attaining a Class 3 and manufacturing license.

Promotes only the safe, responsible, and legal use and handling of firearms by law-abiding citizens.

Promotes the use of firearms only for shooting sports like target shooting, clays, trap, and shooting matches, for hunting, and for self-defense by law-abiding citizens.

Ensuring all marketing is designed only for, and directed only to, adults (individuals over the age of eighteen (18) years) who may lawfully purchase and possess the products being advertised (e.g., handguns may not be marketed to individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years).

Does not condone or promote in any way violence, vigilantism, unnecessary or excessive force, or illegal acts of aggression.

Will not sell or promote firearms to children (individuals under eighteen (18) years of age) in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to through texting advertisements or by placing children in pictures for content.

Must be legally permitted to possess firearms and ammunition (no felony convictions, controlled substance abuse, or disqualifying mental health issues)

NICS Process
​
The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) conducts background checks on people who want to own a firearm or explosive, as required by law.

When a person tries to buy a firearm, the seller, known as a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), contacts NICS electronically or by phone. The prospective buyer fills out the ATF form, and the FFL relays that information to the NICS. The NICS staff performs a background check on the buyer. That background check verifies the buyer does not have a criminal record or isn't otherwise ineligible to purchase or own a firearm. Since launching in 1998, more than 500 million checks have been done, leading to more than two million denials.
